Rick Hill
Consulting Director
Ricks
consulting career of over 18 years encompasses extensive experience
in all phases of the system development life cycle, with a major
emphasis on software quality and testing. He is skilled at approaching
and managing projects objectively, while striking a balance between
time, cost, quality, and risk. His common sense style committed
to leadership by example and his ability to work creatively with
people throughout an organization ensures that things get done on-time
and within budget.
Prior to his
association with Micromega Systems, Rick held managerial and field
delivery positions with AlphaSoft Services, Interim Technology,
and General Electric Consulting. Throughout his career Rick has
balanced business development responsibilities with field delivery/engagement
management.
Rick has helped
well-known Bay Area companies including Pacific Bell, American Express,
Bank of America, and Charles Schwab develop, test, and successfully
release a variety of business applications. His experience encompasses
the public sector as well and includes the County of Los Angeles
and the South San Francisco Unified School District.
Rick holds an
MBA in Information Systems from San Francisco State University and
is certified by the Quality Assurance Institute as a Quality Analyst.
